A Cozy and Romantic Valentine's Night In

Hi pals!

One of the difficult things about celebrating a holiday in February is that it’s, well, IN February. Still heavily in the midst of hibernation season, the idea of having to face the cold (and an overpacked restaurant) feels…not the most romantic.

Now maybe it’s because I was raised on 19th literature and their subsequent 20th + 21st century film variations, but a movie marathon and intimate dinner for two at home (try your hand at making your own pizza, pasta, or sushi for fun meals you can cook up together) sounds WAY more cozy on a cold winter’s night. Add some chic, sexy touches and you have the makings for a perfect Valentine’s date.

Now let’s set the mood! 1. Catbird Ghost Rose Candle 2. Order a bouquet from a local florist. Fire bouquet by Geometry Gardens in Brooklyn is a perfect one for my New Yorkers. 3. Same goes for local chocolates + candy shops! 4. Cozy Pillows 5. Apparis Shiloh Weighted Faux Fur Throw Blanket
